We know that you need your dog belly bands, and britches QUICK! We will make every effort to get your dog items in route to you the same day you order or the next business day. If we become temporarily out of stock of the item you have ordered, We will substitute a similar fabric choice. From our 16 years of experience we realize that it is more important for you to have your product than a particular color or pattern. These dog products are essential for pet owners/dog lovers and they can save you from having to think you might have to put your dog down. Yes, we get it. We will get them to you fast!

We ship all orders using the U.S. Postal Service.

All item(s) to be shipped will be processed as soon as possible.  We ship U.S. Postal Service to your mail box.  Your products are contained in light weight, thin, poly bags which are easy to open with your index finger.  NOTE:  We DO NOT insure or refund your order if you cut into your shipment bag with a sharp instrument.

 

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

The returned items must be clean, unsoiled, unused, unwashed and tags on the garment still in tack with in 30 days of purchase.  If any of these requests are not followed the return guarantee is void.
A free pad is sent with your first order to be used for the first fitting . This will insure the garment will stay clean for a possible return or exchange if needed.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled only before any expense is occurred by Komfort Kennels.   Then, please see Return/Refunds Policies.

SIZE EXCHANGES: Please attach a note with a copy of your invoice and product describing indicating what new size you would like us to send you. 

NOTE:  A credit or debit may be added to your credit card to make an exchange up size or down size.

FOR FULL REFUNDS, You must call for an authorization prior to returning the product.    Postage & Handling are not refundable
